Excellent Soul Therapy Christchurch, New Zealand

EST were based in Christchurch in the early to mid 90's. A core four piece of Sly Boy, Willy J, Kane and Brother C, together created a huge, dynamic sound encompassing many genres including Reggae, Dub, Funk, Soul, Psych-rock, just to name a few.
We've managed to recover some old recordings and demos and we leave them here for you to enjoy.
